Looking at the ticket sales map, it looks pretty normal which is probably not a good thing.

I'm pretty sure that he was supposed to cut to the basket on that last pass. You could see him acknowledge it to Evan as they walked off the court. Just basic miscommunication, but at least 50% his fault.
