Game 27- Buffalo

Our Canadian friends visit the JAR this Tuesday to face the Zips.  The Bulls are 15-11 heading into Saturday's game against UMASS.

 

The Bulls have lost 4 of their last 5, however, their best player, Daniel Freitag, hasn't played since February 3rd.  They only played 7 players in Tuesday's loss to NIU.

Does anyone know if Freitag is coming back this season. Maybe for a 1-8 match up with Miami?

Buffalo doesn't play until 6 pm tonight, which gives us a full 24 hours of extra rest. Plus we're at home, so a couple extra advantages over a team we should already handle fairly easily. Especially if Freitag remains out.

In the postgame groce didn’t really know anything about Freitag and him being out for so long. He said “we will prepare as if he will play”

Now they're going to overtime so it's even better.

If Zips win Tuesday, they will have two MAC seasons in a row with 13 game winning streaks (13-0 to start last season).  Don't believe that's been done before.

It wouldn't appear so. I don't know that the spread would change more than a couple points if he played but I feel like the O/U would be a little higher.

There’s a big group in yellow shirts on the sideline bleachers. It’s not them but it reminded me that we haven’t seen the group of Brazilian business students at a game yet this year
