Dominant soccer from the Zips in the first half....

 

now, let's get a goal or two.

 

Zips led 5-0 in shots on goal and 9-0 in corner kicks in the first half.

Second game in a row Kaminsky has let a ball go through his hands. Zips are darn lucky if they get out of this one with a tie. Pretty disappointing not to win a single conference game at home, they may be confusing themselves with the other football team.

This zips team should be very proud.

An absolutely fantastic performance (other than the one glaring error at the end of the game).

The zips played Akron soccer for the entire first half.   They were aggressive on defense and they pressured Xavier relentlessly on offense.

This team brought the energy and they had purpose all night.

This was the best performance all year (IMHO).

 

Congratulations to the Zips.   You should be very happy and very proud.
