exit322 Posted 23 hours ago Report Posted 23 hours ago CB was...not...happy with something Brookhart the younger said to him on the sideline. But CB walking fine coming back on the field. Quote
ZippyDoo Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago Gant is playing like Marshall Lynch !!! Beast mode was a great call. he is possessed..:: Come on defense !!!!! Quote
ZippyDoo Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago not that it changes that play, but i'm completely dumbfounded. your defense has been having the best game of the year and you have all the momentum and you give them ball at midfield? can someone explain the logic. im being honest i dont understand why you would do that? kreed5120 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago There is the Akron defense that I remember. Quote

Returner almost muffed the kickoff, that's why. I don't mind the call there. They're scoring on that specific play from 237 yards, so it didn't hurt. Quote
exit322 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago Joe is really good at coaching his teams to crumble in crunch time. 1 Quote
Let'sGoZips94 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago JoeMo is such a loser HC. Holy smokes. Quote
GP1 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago Kick the freaking FG. They would be down 1 with 4 minutes. Two time outs and two minute warning. Long run TD. Kick the FG and you're still in the game. This is what bad coaching looks like. Horrible situational awareness. 1 1 Quote
MDZip Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago Announcers mentioned again maybe this is why you go for it on 4th and one early in the game. Quote
ZippyDoo Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago NOW that time i would have kicked the field goal fourth and five. then field goal can still win it for you. but thats why i dont get paid the big bucks i guess. and why im not guaranteed 600k no matter what i do Quote
exit322 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago At least three of the losses this year have nothing to do with Akron's financial issues. 2 Quote

Nope OR the talent level of the players !!! But hey at least he is going to get 600k no matter what so what the hell does he care??? Play to lose, screw the players and maybe you will get fired and can collect the free money and go elsewhere...Coach to lose not to win Edited 22 hours ago by ZippyDoo Quote
MangoZip Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago (edited) What does it matter if you give up a 60yd TD slant and a 90yd untouched TD run up the middle - both in crunch time? Edited 22 hours ago by MangoZip Quote
ZippyDoo Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago there's a lot that matters this game. those two plays were back breakers for sure the decisions were not to win the game. no way Quote

There is no logic to it. It was flat out stupid. Bad coaching. Bad football. Bad season. Andrew Goodrich, please find a way to make a change. This isn't working and one more year of this while waiting for his contract to end will kill the program, even if the current state of G5 football is tacked against us. 3 Quote
