The team placed him on IR, which bodes well for what the organization thinks of him. Essentially, the injury made it tough to keep him on the 53, but they didn't want to lose him, so they will pay him to "rehab" this year. A team isnt going to pay an undrafted rookie not to play unless they think he is in their future plans.Also,it looks like Pughsley (Chiefs), Chisholm (Steelers), Capi (Jaguars) and D'Orazio (Patriots) have all made it to final cutdowns. Even if none make their teams' 53, all have a decent shot at making the practice squad.LT Smith was cut by the Colts; and it looks like Lemon is going back to Canada. Quote
