  2. More games from Saturday this result should help the Zips in RPI number 7 Vermont went on the road and got a huge 2-1 win over number 2 Bryant Bryant was also number 2 in RPI coming into today Earlier in the week, Bryant and Princeton (number 1 in RPI) battled to a 0-0 tie. Vermont record is now 10-0-5 Bryant suffered their first loss and they are now 13-1-2. Number 16 St. Louis at Loyola Chicago finished in a 1-1 tie. Oakland earned a 2-0 win at Northern Kentucky. Cornell - 2-1 home win over Brown. Number 15 Georgetown improved to 5-0-1 in the league with a 3-0 beat down of Villanova. Georgetown is probably a lock for the conference tournament with 16 points. Villanova now has 6 points with a 1-2-3 record. Seton Hall got a much needed 1-0 road win at St. John’s. Seton Hall now has 12 points in the league with a 3-0-3 record. St. John’s has 7 points with a 2-3-1 record. Seton Hall plays Creighton next weekend. It would greatly help the zips if Seton Hall can get a win in that match up. UConn and Providence match started tonight at 7. Both teams came into tonight with 9 points after 5 games. Zips currently have 10 points after 6 games.
  3. Well it certainly would be a weird time to announce he's leaving. Can you share a link with where this was announced?
  4. Goodrich has a big news conference announced for Monday at noon in the media room at InfoCision... i bet they are extending Joe... getting rid of all the rumors already. what else could it be?
  5. Guys we just beat the best record in the mac before this result. Lets party 🎉
  6. I'm planning on it. I'll try to post updates/recaps.
  7. Yesterday
  8. I know we probably disagree on Moorhead (I’ve been back and forth on my overall opinion), but I think that your statement is pretty telling. Only needing one side of the ball to be more consistent and you’re a conference contender. I wonder how much 25% more practice time, having a reasonable sized staff, and being able to keep 1-2 All-MAC players players annually would help that. One will work itself out in time. The other two can be fixed by just a reasonable level of additional financial commitment.
  9. Yes, the second-half offense...that's the type of offense that can get you to Detroit if it's consistent. Especially with this defense.
  10. Anyone going. I need a scouting report injected into my veins! lol
  11. I Saw Nate scored 14 in K-state scrimmage vs Missouri looked like he was the 2nd leading scorer for the wildcats. I am definitely cheering for him this season.
  12. Good win. Just imagine what we could do if our offense was functional for more than half a game. This program can’t ever afford to look ahead, but umASS, KSucks, and then could be looking at a very winnable game against BG to get to .500….
  13. Very thoughtful of Coach Embick to do post game interviews after road games. It is much appreciated.
  14. wonderful picture. Tremendous credit to the zips fans..that traveled down I-71 and I-70 to support the Zips
  15. I never thought after the ending in the first half we would win this game. One of the best games I have watched. We beat an undefeated team on the road. When is the last time a Zips fan has said that.
  16. Beautiful entry pass by Stefan Dobrijevic to set up that goal.
  17. spriggs was a monster, simmers was all over the place. they really stepped up to cover for cooper today.
  18. Great call but you were off on the score. We won by 8.
  19. Defense did their job, offense did just enough, and Akron still alive for a hail mary waiver request for a bowl.
  20. JoeMo is doing the EXACT same thing that UMASS did i hope it has better results. he has gone conservative at questionable times to me
  21. this is how buffalo got umass last week. zips NEED to get the first
  22. What a strange game. But looks like maybe a decent win for Akron today. Maybe.
