I'm looking at their website and they sell a lot of branded school merchandise that retails for $35-$40. I'm sure Bud is getting a discount for ordering in bulk, but I wonder what the margins the collective is earning on this stuff. I would be surprised if the collective is making more than $10-$15 margin per hat.

ahead is a nice brand that a lot of country clubs have been selling lately and I've found them to be comfortable and fit well, and look nice. The course we own, ahead is the #1 selling hat brand

Anything on the back/strap? I wasn't planning on getting one because I don't wear hats that much, but they look nice. Sometimes embroidery can look cheap on these types of things but these look nicely done.

Mine is showing delivered based on tracking number. Will have to make sure to check when I get home.

I agree the talent is there and he's good enough to start somewhere. I'm more just pointing out the logjam at the position. If he stays in the MAC he could develop into an All-MAC caliber player in the future.

Don't fully disagree but Perry is very talented. Showed a lot of promise. I do wonder if he could be a target of ours. Same high school as Nate Johnson.

I actually don't think this transfer means much to them. He was their 4th best pg IMO. Ipsaro was arguably their best player last season until he got injured. Skaljac and Kirby IMO are better than Perry as well. All three of those guys as of now will be returning. Now they will be hurting if one of those three transfer now because they no longer have depth at guard.

Big blow for Miami OH. Elmer and the Euro are the only key pieces left.

30/13 tonight - unfortunately, Iowa is eliminated and his G League season is done.

That to me would imply chasing a paycheck. I don't think anyone here is claiming that, especially after seeing his salary is pretty similar to Akron. In fact, he might have taken a pay cut once you factor in cost of living adjustments. If it was about just collecting a paycheck I imagine he could have left Akron a while ago. I imagine at some point in 9 years a school called and offered him more money than Akron was paying. Groce is a competitor and wants to win. He likely believes that CoC provides him a better opportunity to make a Sweet 16 run because they have a larger war chest of NIL money.
