This is just how the regular season game went.

Zips picked the worst possible time for an absolute clunker. This broadcast crew bringing up Miami a million times is just making this even more painful.

Toledo has come out with a lot more hustle and is winning the 50/50 balls. Definitely feels we have responded the last few minutes after coming out flat.

Slow start yet again. Amani is the biggest disappointment of the tournament this side of Miami OH.

Huge line to get into what appears to be pretty much the only entrance into the arena. Unbelievably poor from the MAC/Rocket Arena.

Really excited about tonights game. We beat Toledo by 10 at home and Lyles was 7 of 8 from the field scoring 19 points with no 3 point attempts. We shot over 50% from the field. We also outrebounded them 37 to 25. It is weird how a long season comes down to one game for the MAC championship. Win or lose, I think Groce recruited a bunch of great scholar athletes on this team that can make all Zip fans proud. Go Zips!!!!

If Halligan is less than 100% - and I think he clearly is - why not? It is what it is though, he'll play 2 minutes and sub out.

Dayton I don't see having a path to an at-large, but I wish they did. It would be hilarious watching Miami play Dayton in Dayton.

Per Bracketology, Miami OH is now Last Four In with A10 getting at least 2 teams in. Those Oxford khakis are going to be brown stained tomorrow if this continues.

It's probably worth noting we also kind of took the air out of the ball during Buffalo when we had our large lead. Partially why UB was able to get back into the game. We weren't spending a ton of energy walking it up and then dribbling it for another 5-10 seconds before settling into out offense.

That's what I loved about it when I saw the material. It's literally year round long sleeve attire. So much of what I have for Akron gear is seasonal.

I got bored while waiting for the game, so with it being the third game in three day, I wanted to see how the two teams compared in minutes played especially among their main players. I'm not sure if there's much difference but Toledo has two players with 70+ minutes (plus a third at 69) while we have one. Their top five minute-leaders averaged 65.6 minutes while ours averaged 61.8.

I get that but it was a special exception. I don't see it happening tonight.
