I can't find an instagram post or a X(Twitter) post by this young man. Looks like the Zips have added another 2026 recruit Calan DeWalt , a defender https://www.facebook.com/ECNLBoys/photos/d41d8cd9/1478534030944179/

Not exactly sure, but we are usually into conference tournaments when that comes out. -

Last year, on the RPI Update site, there was a tournament projection page. Any idea when that page will be added for this year? -

It is now October. As of today, Zips are #17 RPI. Year in, year out, 85% - 95% of discretionary seeding by NCAA Tournament Committee goes according to RPI. -
I guess Joe and Joe came to that conclusion and canceled the show this week. ?

If Florida Atlantic, Syracuse, and Penn State couldn't prepare Johnson to be a starting QB, it's asking a lot for Joe to do it. 😁 Ruggow is a redshirt freshman, so one week of prep isn't going to give him a fighting chance of beating a team like Toledo. We ride or die with Finley. Assuming he's healthy I expect a win this weekend. If he isn't, we'll punt a lot and lose by 24.

The Big Ten is a good bet.The footprint the conference leads to money. Los Angeles has Hollywood money and West coast money. Seattle has big tech money. Oregon has Nike money. Cities like Philadelphia, New York, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Minneapolis have loads of money. Now that college football is about money, the more money you have, the better odds of success. The two biggest money schools in the SEC are Texas and TX A and M because they have oil money. The rest of the SEC only has car dealership money and that ain't that much in comparison. The Big Ten has a huge money advantage moving forward.

Mani Austmann(from Iceland) was with the zips in 2019 I believe that he is playing for Fylkir Reyjavik in an Iceland pro League. from the little that I can find, he joined Fylkir in June and averaged 1.1 shots per game. if my memory is correct (always questionable), I remember Mani as being a tall (maybe 6’5) skilled forward. - edit….just went to 2019 roster ….lists Mani as 6’0 midfielder…ah well….

@Zip_ME87 thanks for all of your hard work and great memory in putting together the list. Hopefully, Jonathan Lewis (age 28) will get picked up soon by someone. He was injured for most of 2025 and Barnsley (English football league one) released him after this year.

Added Teal Bunbury, MLS, Nashville to my list of Zips in the pros. Can’t believe I overlooked our 1st Hermann Trophy winner.
