I’ll add him back on the list since he carries a Zips offer, but with Bowen and Spriggs already committed, I’m not sure if there is room or need for another LB. I think another scholarship LB would need to transfer out first.
Miami just lost in what was a great game. Both teams played hard and Miami just came up short. Well played game.
More G5 vs G5 please. Less G5 vs P5 blowouts.
Marcel Boyce from Buchtel and former Zips Basketball great (Marcel Boyce, Sr.) son.
Heard a rumor that he has walk-on offer to West Virginia.

Yes, I agree it's an extremely easy drive to get to. Also, downtown would make it so fewer students would attend. If anything I wish the arena was next to the football stadium on exchange that way it would be more convenient to go to the bars/restaurants before and after the game.
To all members,
New upgrade is now complete. There is still some reindexing working in the background. Should be finished by noon.
Kind regards,

OT to this thread, but I have the upcoming Bradley game noted in my head as a must win on the road. My only fear is that Groce's Zips will have trouble winning on the road this season. The first 4 of 6 MAC games are away with the game in Muncie looming large.
Agree. When folks are interested enough, they show up and find their way through the labyrinth that is Akron. One can park one's car relatively close and walk right in. You want inconvenient, go to an Ohio State basketball game.
With the location of the JAR the only people that come are the diehard Zips fans. The JAR's a pain in the neck to get to.
We need a proper arena across Main Street from Canal Park.
