Brown Street is where we all used to live. At one time, it was considered modern living on campus. Christ do I feel old. I wonder what landfill they put Brown Street in? Did you play in the era when jock dorms were still legal? Yes. Some of you might be shocked to know what went on in that place. Please share.....

That's one I don't like. I don't want to lose recruits to other MAC Schools. I am completely with you on that. Losing to the bigger conference schools is one thing. Losing out to other MAC schools is ridiculous with the facilities we now have.

If he was leaving bc he was too far away from home, he wouldn't go to UC, which would be further away from home than Michigan... He got started late and is low on the depth chart at UM. It has more to do with that than it does distance. I would love to see him at UA though. So, I hope I'm wrong. Buckzip, the guy who wrote this article needs to talk with you. Bottom line. If this team start winning consistently people will show up. Not saying we would sell out the Info, but I ccould see over 20,000 per game easily. Win and they will come.

The greatest sport in the world, "football", is called "soccer" in the U.S.A. So, what's your point? I never said "football is the greatest sport in the world" if you really want to get technical. I never specified what the greatest sport was, but implying that on labor day weekend it was being played at UA, this means it would have to be the sport at Infocision Stadium. Since technically there will be no mens soccer (European football) being played at UA that weekend. So thats my point haha In some odd way, I actually followed that.

Did not play in Arizona. Came to Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria, California fall of 2008. Played both years there and got his AA. Standout on the field and off. Will he see the field in 2010? Or redshirt? How many years of elig does he have?

You'd be surprised how many student-athletes have kids. I'm sure your right about that. I just don't understand why this kid is making things difficult for himself. A baby is just one more obstacle and distraction. He has talent, but I question his work ethic and priorities. If he backs up the girl and kid the way he needs to, and never sees a D1 FB game, seems to me his priorities are fine. Good luck to them all. Go Zips. ++ on that!! But I bet one guy in a grey vest won't necessarily agree. I'll take that bet.

Unfortunately a lot of coaches are like that. It's not very often that you see a returning starter beaten out for his starting job. Yes, it does happen, but not very often. I think this is the best thing if he is building. If there is a returning senior starter that is barely ahead of a freshman or soph, I would rather paly the younger guy knowing he will improve. If UA can have a decent season with a lot of youth playing, that is good for the next year.
