    Rumor has it (on zn.o) that it's already a done deal. Probably FCS (a little less losing) but preferably Div. II (more winning). Div. III (lots of winning!) would be the ultimate prize, but probably too much to hope for at this point.

    I think first and foremost we have to look to the new recruits and transfers to see who can contribute immediately next season. We know what we have (don't have) this season, I doubt if the last 4 games are going to show us much we don't already know.

    I agree with those and would add UConn, UMass, Liberty and maybe the military academies.

    The wildcard in recruiting that is coming on quickly is the name-image-likeness compensation rights legislation. Who knows which of the G5 schools will have the biggest sponsors/boosters that will provide the most financial opportunity for the better players. It could shake things up a little or a lot.
