I said this in a previous thread about Banks & Riak. Both were forces early in the season against teams like Clemson, then they got injured and regressed a bit. Injuries suck. My prediction is Sayles transfers after this season.

Roll Tribe! Totally agree with everything you said, and I thought it was genius of Haslam to buy the Crew for the Browns-growth reason as well. Not to mention growing further CBus/NEO connections with hiring a GM that's from Columbus and Porter (Akron). The only argument to having a team in Akron would be its proximity to Canton with the Pro Football HOF, but I'm not sure the Info would the preferred stadium over Tom Benson's HOF Stadium.

I think at the beginning of the season, if the Zips would be approaching the halfway point of February with control of their own destiny, 90% of the fans would have taken it. I really like the position we're in, and I like how we're playing. Wow. Maybe he was thinking since Akron's a soccer school, he should try to draw a foul by making it look like a soccer injury? Exactly. Four observations... 1) Can't State sucks 2) Second straight game with halftime adjustments that work. More aggressive, better offensive plays, etc. 3) We have a pretty good defense when it comes to ball movement. Just need to make more shots. 4) Can't State sucks.

Does it matter? The fact that you said Arth and not Milwee means it will automatically be an improvement.

I never read any press releases from previous classes, but this is a classic example of why Arth has a good rapport with high school coaches. Every single bio states the name of the high school & coach the respective player played for.

Hats off to the media team for putting together these awesome recruiting graphics. Talk about catching up to speed with trends. Every player I believe had their own graphic to share. Very, very cool. Between that and the photo shoot these guys had during the snowstorm, I'm sure that helped a lot with the appeal of Akron, as odd as that is to say.

I am thoroughly impressed with what Arth has salvaged from this recruiting class.
