Honestly, I'm not too worried. The only position they have a true advantage at is PG. Everywhere else, we are as tall, an inch shorter, or taller than them. They are a one man team with Abrimitis being a potential second player. Hansborough is the one to watch, though. If you shut him down or get him in foul trouble, it's anyones' game. If he goes off on us, we're done. Simple as that.

Honestly, I'm glad we're a 15 seed ONLY because we are playing ND. Notre Dame is one of the weakest 2 seeds in the tournament. There's only one 3 seed I would want to play as a 14 seed anyways, and that's BYU. However, seeing as though this is closer for our fans, I am glad we are the 15 seed. Bring on the Irish.

I honestly think Akron can win this. ND is a one man team with Abrimitis being a possibly second man. Akron plays intense defense; ND just tries to outscore everyone. If the refs let both teams play, it's going to be a close game. I think 56-52 Zips win.

First of all, Can't State plays at St. Mary's (CA) on Tuesday, March 15 at 11 PM. Talk about getting screwed. SMC is the 2 seed while Can't State is the 7. How sweet is that? :screwks: :screwks: St. Mary's College is 16 miles from Berkely, California. Berkely is Can't State's west campus. Coincidence or a fix? Hmmm...

Everyone from each school needs to e-mail the commissioner. This is downright insanity. These are game changing calls now.

Zips need to take care of business. BSU and Can't are both way better match-ups for us than O-Who, so it really doesn't matter what happens on the other side. I just want to get to the finals. That's the no. 1 priority. Zeke, Nik, and Bardo need to stay out of foul trouble. We need to make our lay-ups. Diggs needs to either sit on the bench and watch or actually contribute positively this game. This is serious crunch time. I think the Diggs ejection was because the ref was putting his hands on him and Diggs instinctively pushed his hands off him. Touching an official. Did they show what Justin Greene was doing to the official at one point? Put his hands on him, then put his chest on him, bumping him repeatedly to show him the foul that was supposedly committed on him.

Can't State had VIP passes to "The Lane" the second half. Goodness Dambrot, sit them on their butts for gosh sakes! That second half was pathetic. We passed up WAY too many open 3s, played sloppy on the inside, and couldn't stop anyone who wanted to drive the basket. PATHETIC. About the refs, 6-1 foul difference at the 10 minute mark in the second half, then 7-2 at the 8 minute mark; just enough time for Can't to get back into the game and take it over. Thanks MAC for screwing us again. Give us some of the worst refs in the league. Now, I'm not saying that's why we lost, but it sure doesn't help. About Diggs, that was the biggest bull crap ejection ever. I didn't realize responding verbally, to probably a pretty nasty word or something, was worth two technicals. GOSH I HATE THAT SCHOOL! That "Screw the Roo" chant gets so old. Honestly, we can't hang a sign for more than 30 seconds that says "K.S.U.cks" (everyone knows Can't fans can't even read it, so what's it matter?) and they can chant OVER AND OVER AGAIN "Screw the Roo"? They are so uncivilized it's not even funny. I love how they carried that Wagon Wheel around like it's a BCS national championship trophy. That's the first time they've had that in how many years? I say we carry our national championship trophy around next year. I am just really not liking our chances in this tournament. We are WAY to streaky, Dambrot gets out-coached every dang game, and I am not seeing the desire to win there. I see the want, but I don't see the extra effort, that extra 10% that is needed to win some of these games. Gotta get our crap together.
