Agreed. The score would not have been what it was had we not lost Irons. We were moving the ball so I’d have to assume we would have at least scored 10 points in addition to keeping the ball out of MSU’s offense’s hands.

Any word on how Prince Monsego and Amani Lyles are looking as true freshmen? Is Ryan Prather still impressing as a true frosh? Are Nate Johnson & Kobe Mitchell coming along? Oh, how about our new freshman PG from Chicago? So many questions 😅

Watching Undercuffler struggle, I can see why JoeMo was tight-lipped about our offense going into the season. He didn't want people to know it was DJ Irons or bust. Teams have been picking on Hooks for a couple of years now. Didn't we get a CB transfer from Mississippi State? Did he play at all yesterday? ... EDIT: Yeah... Cam Threatt. I can't believe he's not a better option than Hooks. Irons going down threw the entire game off. With Irons we were moving the ball and thus killing clock & keeping our defense off the field. With Undercuffler... not so much.
