ABJ (GT): Season on the line for Zips as they face cross-county rival They’ve dug themselves a hole with that 0-2 conference start and adding another “L” to that tally at this stage of the season would all-but end their hopes of repeating as East Division champs... But UA has been playing flat football — at least on the offensive side of the ball... They had a group of inexperienced receivers and an offensive line that needed work and has since been hit with a season-ending injury to a starter... ^^After six recruiting classes that's an excuse, not a reason. It's Kent Week & I'm meh and I hate it. At least GT's not mincing words: They haven’t reached the end zone as an offense in six quarters, the last touchdown coming on defense. Offensively, they’ve been anemic.

They rank 124th nationally in overall offense and 110th in scoring offense with 23.2 points per game... Until they can find the groove for their anemic running game — which ranks 117th in the country averaging 111.4 yards a game... Have to hand it to the team for this: The good thing for the Zips right now is that no one is pointing fingers. If anything, the[y] continue to show a certain resolve.

So what's up with our side? Just inconsistency due to youth?

Keep Otis Mounds & a few others to keep the recruiting class corralled while bringing in the New HC. You can do that, right?

ABJ (GT): Bulls provide a potentially formidable foe for Zips Great game day article! This is the sort of game day article I love - lots of names and stats concerning the Bulls. I now feel like I'll know what to watch for this afternoon. But scary article; Buffalo sounds loaded.

I love the script Akron on both the jerseys and football helmets.

Ugh, that was depressing but I've got to be honest... -Bulls by 9 or more -1 offensive TD by the Zippers -Jackson will have 150-239 passing yards -Not including Van or Kato, Zippers will rush for between 1-10 yards :/

Howard's got an impressive offer list: Miami (FL), Georgia, Baylor, Louisville, FAU, USF, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee, UCF, all listed in this link. I've also seen where he's got an offer from Florida.

They'll wear them November 10th versus YSU for the Coaches -v- Cancer game. Clark's right, we wear them when we play BSU at home. We only wear them two, maybe three times a year.
