He did tackle Beanie Wells(?) in the end zone for a safety IIRC. OSUcks hit a FG as time expired in the half to lead us 3-2. I was at the game & going crazy! We ended up losing, what, 24-2, or something like that. But it was a pretty competitive game.

I met him briefly and he was a terrific guy. Feel happy for him as he played at Minnesota. Good for him. He'll be difficult to replace but JoeMo will do it. (And, to be perfectly honest, though Winston is an A+++ person, the DL sort of underperformed my expectations this year.)

Finally looking forward to a game again. Our second half performance vs. NIU got my Zips Basketball juices flowing again.

I hope they can keep it going once X is back in the mix.

I actually looked that up before posting & it said in America to just spell it "walla" now, or even "wa-la." I almost used "presto." 😅 Edit: or not. Upon further review it clearly says that is the incorrect usage. 😑

And then to close the half he passes up on an open 3 to pass to a covered Nate Johnson. Ugh, I had my fingers crossed he was gaining confidence.
