USC has had arguably more recent success than Miami. We slaughtered them. We were down, what, 5 at half? We can compete. I didn't "expect" them to lose by 28, and they shouldn't have. Miami probably won't be a tournament team.

RPI doesn't really mean much until about 10 games into the season. Or unless the committee doesn't want to use it, but that's a different story.

Amen. Not that this is restricted to Zip fans by any means. But man watching some 40+ year-olds act the way they do makes me cringe.

I didn't get to see or listen to any of it.. had a non-profit seminar. Yay. Anyway, I see Noah, Nyles and Reggie started.. Were they on the floor at the same time for a while? Just curious if Reggie moved to more of a 3 man this year, as Nyles and Noah definitely weren't the ones to move to 3 I'd presume. Looks like Deji had a pretty efficient game as well. I think him and Nyles could provide some positives if they stay around 15 minutes apiece.

Fair enough

I want a bowl mostly for the seniors. After all the crap they've been through, I'd imagine they'd be ecstatic going to any bowl game. Hope it happens

I count eight 4-6 teams. Hope they all lose a game.

So it looks like worst case, if all 21 five win teams get their 6th win, 8 of the 84 teams will be left out. Now, not all of them are going to get their sixth win, so maybe we just have to be more attractive then 2 or 3 teams. Although this doesn't take into consideration any 4-6 teams, if any.

Really depends what other conferences are going to be short on bowl eligible teams. Don't really have the time to do it today but maybe I'll check it out over the weekend.

The 5th bowl doesn't get the 5th place team, they have 5th choice in the MAC. Are we more coveted than others, to skip over to choose us? I'm not going to worry about that yet.. But being in 7th place doesn't preclude us from a MAC bowl bid. Just worth mentioning, I guess.

That's how bad our schedule has been. And unfortunately we've been even worse. Frustrating knowing the opportunity was out there for 8 or 9 wins.
