  1. Put it on a tee for the zipmeister...
  2. I agree. However #1 and #3 contradict each other. In terms of money raised I would assume the string and mulligans are a very miniscule percentage of money raised. Good for the program raising more money, but just saying my experience with outings that let you buy string and mulligans turn out to have a lot of bummed out people.
  3. I disagree, 20 under should be good for 1st at most outings However, 20 under shouldn't be possible. Outings with the string and mulligans are dumb.
  4. I think the best part of this deal is the MBB coverage.
  5. Could you disclose your valuation method please?
  6. The string is the worst thing that has ever happened to a golf outing. <Insert zipmeister comment here of a worse event>
  7. Todd Thomas is a beast. I'm curious how Pitt's D will end up looking however.. It was poor last year with perhaps one of the best seasons ever from a DT. Talk of James Connor (ran for 220+ in the Pizza Bowl) playing some DE. Will be interesting.
  8. What's wrong with February?
  9. It's tough to be different when 2 of our 3 colors are the same
  10. Near visitor's bench, ie, courtside. Have you ever been there? Point is, why be one of the .1% to upset the media for maybe an extra row of seating? Is it really worth it?
  11. Taxpayer, media is Courtside at the Pete.
  12. 10 years, that's nothing. You'd think they'd at least take a 30 year mortgage out for a 50 million dollar place?
  13. Regional banks are probably the best bet. Key, Fifth Third, PNC, etc.. Wouldn't count out first energy, but they have sponsored two stadiums in the past 5 years now.
  14. Or possibly because their home field is grass.
  15. Yeah. It's okay in college as long as they aren't on the field at the same time, obviously. It happens with so many guys on a team.. Numbers that can be used for multiple positions (single digits, teens, etc.) are usually used twice.
  16. Grr triple post
  17. I think we saw the recommendation when they announced the ballot measure
  18. I think we saw the recommendation when they announced the ballot measure
  19. No, we should not cover our jerseys in sunoco logos
  20. Please don't compare college basketball to nascar ever again
  21. Good points, not sure I'd use Iowa and iconic/famous in the same sentence, however. Even still, all three logos are much simpler than the A-Roo
  22. Yep. What are the most iconic logos? Probably the Bama "A", the Auburn "UA", the OSU Block O, Script UCLA, Oregon "O", Georgia's "G" ... Really the only famous logos I can think of right now are the Florida Gator and the FSU Seminole, maybe Clemson's paw, and they have a little more tradition than us.
  23. Too much going on in the a-roo logo.. The Z is simple, it's unique, and it looks pretty nice.
  24. Are you implying that the citizens of NEO will re-locate their pre and post-game meals without even checking the local sales tax rates? Blasphemy!
