I would go to Toledo over Oxford any day of the week. Unfortunately I work Saturday and won't be able to leave for the game in time.

You know, Toronto is looking pretty good right now. Detroit is almost out of the question. Any bowl would be good. 2 bowls in a row would be tremendous for recriuting and attendance.

It looked like Dennis Kennedy finally healed up. He had 126 yards. Did anyone notice if Big Ben was there? If Charlie was there, that would be sweet. I heard he was there with Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards in the stands, not the sidelines.

How long has it been since our conference home-opener has been this late in the year?I think it was on October 28, 1950 when we were in D-II. We played Wooster. I had to do some serious digging to find that date. Hopefully I'm wrong that our schedule hasn't been this sucky for 56 years.

Phil Steele picked Can't in the unlikely chance that they would win the MAC East. They are winning, so now he has more crediblity. People like him do this all the time. They pick somone with an outside chance of making it and if it happens they instantly get praised. If it doesn't happen, they just chalk it up to league parity, bad luck, ect.Phil Steele got lucky, thay is all.

Going to Penn State over Akron is not a snub. The other way around would be a snub. Butler would have had a better chance making the team as a walkon at Akron. He chose to try his luck at Penn State, and it paid off.

Well, there goes our chances of making it to the MACC. A bowl game is still possible, just not in Detroit.

Wow. Bulgaria has a pro team? Anyways, congrats to Rob! We should get him signed up on Zipsnation, if anyone with Myspace (I don't have it) can invite him here. I wish him the best at his new career, and look foward to seeing him back in the USA some day.

We already burned Aaris Reed's redshirt. Why not give him more chances to run the ball. The way people talk about him, he has to be better than Kennedy at this point. Without a running game, Getsy will never have a good game again.
