OK. I don't think any other MAC boards have bought into the "Tailgating Beer Challenge", so we are on our own for our own amusement. Tomorrow is the first chance to get the list started and I know there are some of our own in Orlando who will be enjoying some of the fine craft brews the region has to offer. I fully expect to see some posts tomorrow detailing the beers they tried from Cigar City, Terrapin, Brick, Sweetwater...

I knew that, JZ. I just couldn't let that one slide although the Info & Ianello are remarkably similar in one aspect. The Info is a recruiting tool and Ianello is a tool who recruits.

From what I saw, Zach looked alright in practice. I was told he is 100% healthy. I am hoping he is an under the radar kind of guy that can come in and pick up a lot of the slack that is left in Marquelo's absence. He sure did look good before his injury last year.

I see lots of predictions that BG is headed to the MACC. They had an impressive defense last year. I will give you that, but who will replace Samuel at RB? Perhaps they have a good one to plug in that hole that I am unaware of. Secondly, I think Matt Schilz is a complete stiff at QB. When he tries to step up against a good MAC defense, he will fold like a Dollar General™ tent in a windstorm.

Mizell was playing middle linebacker. I thought the offensive line did a really good job for the most part. They seemed to pick up the blitz really well. There were some struggles getting the defensive ends blocked but I think that was more testament to the speed & quickness of the defense rather than an indictment against the offensive line. Brandon Phillips got some reps @ slot receiver. Anthony Holmes had a couple of nice hits. I must admit I was paying more attention to the front seven, but I thought the defensive backs did a good job. Fransohn Bickley is a freshman who can probably play. He is squirt. When you see him you will be shocked how small he is but he moves like lightning. Also, the roster has been updated. Quite a few number changes. Link
