Feel like we've actually competed pretty well minus some big mistakes. Need to score here though or the wheels can fall off quick.

Ritz has had better games. Second QB pressure/sack he has given up today.

I don't think he ever caught his balance (making him defenseless imo). Maybe I am wrong though.

these refs still blow. Endangering our players. SC player clearly hit Brimage in the head when he was defenseless.

Zaire Jacobs has now missed two tackles that resulted in touchdowns. Unsure who blew the coverage on that one though.

I don't think anyone is saying we are going to automatically dominate the MAC if Milwee is replaced, but there is no denying he is a large part of the problem and it's highly likely that almost anyone they would bring in would at least be an improvement. I personally was willing to give Milwee the benefit of the doubt heading into this season as this is a process and the only time we really have had talented weapons on offense during his time here was the year we ended the season with a WR at QB (yes that is his fault as well). Our big time transfer RB also couldn't stay healthy in his two seasons. Its extremely possible that Bowden could have had the same thought pattern. What I'm saying is it's clear to me that Milwee is now a problem. We have talented players on offense and our offense has not produced all season. I can live with giving Bowden a chance to make it right and make the change. I can't live with Bowden refusing to make a change now that there is no denying there is an issue. Nepotism runs rampant in football, for better or worse.

I hope we see a heavy dosage of our younger players today. Young RBs, Wolfley, etc. The season is over and its time to look towards the future. Also, over/under 10 pts for the Zips today?

I still prefer ESPN3, as I have a cable account to mooch off of. Likely will not be able to watch this one. Luckily, I shouldn't be missing much tonight.

Jake Spatival to Texas State, JMU's coach to Charlotte. We could very well be missing the boat here with this rescheduled game. Our only hope could be to can Milwee by next season.

I think a lot of us are OK with keeping Bowden, so long as he does his job and makes changes that need to be made. If nepotism is an issue, then I'm not sure how anyone can defend him being the head coach. Maybe a poll should be made @Dr Z. Do you want Bowden to stay and don't think any changes are necessary, fire OC, fire other coaches (explain), or fire everybody and start fresh. Would be nice to see everyone's thoughts all in one place.

Cheese starting over Utomi is interesting. Already struggling to score. We really need to stop forcing it to Riak. He plays way, way too soft and doesn't have the offensive game he should for a guy his size.

Good topic. I was thinking about this the other day actually. Really like the Kehres suggestion. Follows the Buffalo mold that has been shown can obviously work, should be cheap, and has great connections. Another one I'd add, though would likely be on the more expensive side, would be Jake Spatival (OC) at WV.

I was wondering the same thing. Also, there will be a replay available on the same site (for all games). I watched the 2nd half on replay due to other obligations.
