There is just no way Milwee can be back here next season. Hell, he shouldn't even finish the season, but TB is loyal to a fault. It was so painful watching EMU blitz the opposite side of where the running back was lined up every play because this offense literally only has one running play. There was no chance before these plays were even ran. Making it a point to email my displeasure to L. Williams this week. My first want is Milwee gone. Somewhat what Dr. Z is getting at, if Kato is good to go, I have to imagine he is nowhere near as mobile as he normally is. Hopefully his accuracy is on point, and the OC calls plays that put him in a position to succeed. The offense likely shouldn't be the same, even if he does play. To the contrary, if he isn't able to play/plays but ends up being ineffective, at least we have had 9-10 days to prep and Ramart should have gotten plenty of reps, so more prepared than last week. I predict a close game either way. Hopefully we can pull something out of our hat. I think a bowl game is important for this program.

Important to note there was a separate unsportsmanlike penalty that tacked on an additional 15 yards. Yes the targeting call was a joke and yes the total penalty yardage on that play was 30 yards (unless it was limited to half the distance to the goal - can't recall), but there were two separate penalties and the Zips would have had a first down regardless.

After the first drive with that crappy conservative play call, I think the O was fine. It sucks to see Kato get injured during probably his best game all year. He's tough and looked to be a good leader out there on the sidelines after the injury. Its time we stop giving him a bad rep just because of a family member's actions. Hopefully he can get back out there soon, but I have my doubts. I also think the D adjusted well after halftime. I didn't see Gilbert out there a lot though. Wonder if he is hurt? Also noticed Brady and Davis switched sides at DE. Even though we didn't win, it was actually an entertaining game against the 1st place team in the MAC-W. I can live with losses like this, even though we still have breakdowns that need cleaned up. Need to get one of OU or EMU.........
