But anyways, why would the Horizon or MVC even want NIU for non football sports, or at least ones that people care about? Pretty putrid as far as I’m aware. Basketball would drag both the MVC and Horizon down.

The MAC runs through Akron. Outstanding performance.

OU did everything they could to choke the game away to Kent, but Kent sucked so bad they couldn’t take it.

My god. The MAC should probably do more to reward regular season play, but this is crazy.

What’s even crazier about Okonkwo leading the MAC in rebounds is that he’s not logging significant minutes. He only played 14 vs Toledo and 6 vs Ohio because Lyles was tearing it up. Last night against Buffalo felt more “normal”, but only played 16 per the stat sheet.

Bobkitten attack in full meltdown mode after losing to EMU (made it closer at the end but basically blown out). Posters claiming Clayton should be benched. Love to see it.

While I learned Travis Steele was Groce’s brother last year, I had no clue he was formerly the HC at Xavier. Would expect Miami to continue to improve and be a force as long as he’s there.

Agreed, with Scott added. We have so much depth. If a guy or two ore off, we have a capable performer on the bench to go to that can elevate play.
