    Could enrollment be trending up? The U’s website shows just under 14k for spring 25 semester. Just read a post on LinkedIn from the university’s official account that we have over 15k enrolled. Great to see assuming those numbers are final..

    Hell yeah it’s game week! Looking forward to seeing this new look Zips team. Just one game, but I’d feel really good about this season if we start out with a win on Thursday.

    My guess/hope is that IF we get to 6-6, either Akron or the NCAA will make a move to get/provide relief.

    Thank you for this. Any idea who the first string DT’s seemed to be? I assume Durham, Dall, and Cheatom will be primary rotation at DE..unless one of the JUCO guys are surprising, but we’re very unproven at DT.

    Pretty much agree here. OL and DL are definitely the biggest question marks. I think we did a good job filling the OL holes. Not so sure about DL. I’m not too excited about the JUCO guys, but who knows - could be another CJ Nunnally in there. Hope more of the young guys are ready to contribute.

    Unsure how much is correlated to the new AD, but have seen a handful of new additions to the Summit Circle announced in the past week-ish.

    Looks to me like former Zips LB great under Bowden and NFL LB Justin March is now a member of our staff. Good move.

    FWIW, coach J Rod seems quite excited about Simmons on Twitter. We’ve added quite a bit of OL through the transfer portal. Hope that unit finally breaks out and is solid.

    I’m curious how a kid who basically quits school mid semester because they are transferring would be able to retain their eligibility..

    Looks like we signed our #2 QB/Bullock replacement. Guy has been around since 2019!
