  1. They are still considered a low tier PAC 12 team. That's what I was getting at.
  2. I'll take any two games each year of the lower tier P5 teams that have been mentioned, plus I'd throw in Kansas, Utah, Arizona State, Arizona and maybe even Vanderbilt and Kentucky.
  3. The delay in play calling is just another thing that annoys me with our Offensive Coordinator. We need to make a change already. The last time our offense looked good on a consistent basis, for more than one or two random games, was when Bowden was handling the play calling.
  4. If he remains as a WR, I can see Ramart hooking up with him on a consistent basis in a couple years. If he moves to S, he's got great size and I can see him being a heck of a hitter. Nice recruit.
  5. I hope so. He has dropped some critical passes in the past.
  6. Unfortunately, I think Bickley will be the receiver with the most drops.
  7. Penn State Nittany Lions - Loss 0-1 Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions - Double digit win. 1-1 Iowa State Cyclones - Close game with something stupid happening. Loss 1-2 Troy Trojans - They are probably better than we expect Win 2-2 Bowling Green Falcons - Closer than it should be, but we get the win 3-2 Ball State Cardinals - Close call Win 4-2 Western Michigan Broncos - We never seem to do well against them. Loss 4-3 Toledo Rockets - Always a tough game. Loss 4-4 Buffalo Bulls - We better win this one and this is the real hot seat game. 5-4 Miami (OH) RedHawks - We play a complete game on Off, Def and Special Teams. Win 6-4 Ohio Bobcats - Can't get over the hump again! Loss 6-5 Kent State Golden Flashes Wagon Wheel win! 7-5
  8. Terrible schedule only because almost every game is away, however I like that they challenge themselves by playing Jackson, Hoover and Dover.
  9. It's a great sign to see them all on campus!
  10. I knew he made a big mistake when he declared. I just can't understand what he could have been thinking.
  11. I say, if we can get him to come here, why not? The higher the competition level at QB, the better chance we have of having a good/great starting QB.
  12. Yes, they completely blew it. Why do you think all the best players left for St V, Hoban, Massillon, etc after youth football? No one wanted to play for Yost and I can name plenty. Now they just promoted one of his assistants. How will that make things better? I agree that they win more than they lose, but they play in the Akron City Series and basically have two to three automatic wins before the season even starts. Then on top of that, the coaching staff almost never puts together a challenging out of conference schedule so they win two out of three of those games each year. What that means is they need to win two other games throughout the season and there is the winning record.
  13. Lol, my daughter is bigger than him and she is in 7th grade. I'm sure he is a great athlete and we'll figure out a great way to use him. Look how exciting Natson was last year.
  14. This hire for Ellet shows you how much they care about becoming a better football program. First off, the softball coach? Secondly, he's been an assistant on the mediocre football team for many years. If they were serious, they would have hired someone completely outside of the "good ole' boy network". This was their chance to finally make a statement and they blew it.
  15. What is preyer? Just asking...couldn't help myself. Mainly because it came from a former Miami "Harvard" Ohio player.
  16. Makes you wonder how long ago KD really made his decision to leave.
