I'm not sure Oregon State's opinion should hold much weight in the college football world. Can't remember the last time they were relevant. The article even says Tibesar came into one of the worst defensive rosters in the FBS, and it did improve during his first couple of years. I'd imagine COVID complicated and killed momentum for 2020 & 2021. Moorhead hung 38 on Tibesar's replacement, FWIW.
