In a very small sampling, Undercuffler seems to see the field much better than Irons. There were plenty of guys open for Irons…he either waits too long or flat-out doesn’t see them.

I'm not a fan of Undercuffler's physical traits at all (mobility and arm strength), but if he finds the open man and gets the ball out accurately and timely, he just might work out. He's just a game manager, which seems opposite of what Joe Mo would prefer, but if its the best solution gotta roll with it.
