Speaking of stupid mistakes.  The corner blitzes and nobody covers our wide receiver.  Okay, am I the only one who thought it would be a drop?  Nice pass and nice catch.

Most important half of football for coach JoeMo. He is on the verge of losing die hard fans such as me and losing his team.  Good first drive.  Need a few more and better game management.

I'm liking Finley. Makes decent decisions, so far. Throws a nice ball. If they can develop the O-line and a run game the offense can put up at least enough points to give the defense a chance. The D is getting gouged on the ground.

Lets see how they finish. Avoid a blowout. Keep Finley healthy. No serious injuries. CUT THE STUPID PENALTIES!

10-21 if you have competent coaching in the final 2 minutes of the first half (probably even closer if you have competent coaching the whole game). Instead, 10-28.

This has been worst coached game by JoeMo I have ever seen.  He has to improve before he can expect the team to improve.  Coach Tibs should take over next year.

Understandably, I think he really tried to avoid getting hit and missed a several throws and sprinted out of the pocket rather than throw the ball and get hit.  The 3 delay of games is inexcusable.  I would have liked to see Tahj get some snaps as I think his running may have rattled Rutgers and slowed the rush.

We’ve looked like a bad Kent State team for roughly 2 full quarters now…

 

Looking forward to Colgate I guess. Didn’t expect to do any damage to Big 10 teams this season. Ditto SEC teams.
