This is an interesting chart. Villanova apparently likes to shoot it from Chattanooga, Arizona really is a post/paint team, and Akron loves the top of the arc. I'd love to see our chart back in January; it'd probably look a lot different.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned yet, but another head-scratcher is the committee’s decision to place Michigan as a 5 seed. Not only did they win the B1G Tournament, but they did so by beating Purdue, Maryland, and Wisconsin — all of which received higher seeding. Just doesn’t quite add up!

AND people want to expand the CFB playoff.. SMH.

I believe Michigan is better than a 5 seed as well. But something to keep in mind is that the Big Ten loves having their championship game as the lead into Selection Sunday every year. It’s a marketing decision. But they also know that the committee has already made the hard decisions well before then and only minor tweaks are being made that day. Those  late Big Ten tournament games are simply not factored in that much.

I love the respect, but I would much rather sneak up on people.

Hard to sneak up when you possess nearly every quality found in a Cinderella/Bracket Buster. Outstanding guards, athletic roster, and depth. Not to mention Groce has been there done that.

God this country is run by such dweebs. What happened to mature adults?

Politicians wasting tax payer dollars on trivial things because it thinks it will gain them favor come election time is an American pastime. It's not really anything new. Social media being more prevalent is what gets us talking more about it.

Is there a channel that will carry the game besides TruTV? It’s not part of my cable package.

All we're lacking is a serviceable backup big. 😉

I would just like to see it get to the discovery phase so they can release all the transcripts of all the discussions that were had.

Arizona is likely going to play a large chunk of the game with both Awaka (think Okonkwo, but with a more polished inside game) and 7' Veesaar on the court at the same time.

I'm inclined to think Akron will be forced to send hard double teams as no way we could leave one of our guards on an island against one of them. It will likely lead to some open looks for Arizona beyond the 3 point line. We're probably best trying to force Arizona to shoot 3s and rotate on defense as best as we can to prevent open looks. Praying that they shoot at, or more preferably under, their season average of 33.3%. Another key will be all 5 to attack the basket after a Arizona miss to secure a rebound. Arizona is too good to give 2nd or 3rd chance scoring opportunities.

There’s the March Madness Live app that supposedly allows you to watch any game. It requires a TV provider log in. Use on any device or smart TV…free!

Gray seems to be the primary option used by the Zips on a second big.
