Ball State must be playing Sisters of Charity School for the Blind as they were up 48-8 at the half.
-
I’m loving seeing the youth showing up to the games. Been seeing a lot of youth basketball and football teams coming to games and filling in for the students. Great for growing the game and the fandom
-
Kent is getting demolished early by Purdue, down 21 with 5 minutes to go in the first half.
-
No Akron or Can’t on TV
- Today
-
Same lineup as last game
-
Concord has player from Bahamas. Wonder if he knows Sammy?
- Yesterday
-
And the deal to fill the student seats worked. It's pretty full.
-
The student for a day tickets were a good idea, looks like a large group of grade schoolers in that section today
-
The Grape drew 1550 in 2022. 1542 in precounted season tickets and 8 other.
-
Nickelodeon, The Comedy Channel and The Home Shopping Network were all booked.
-
I find it funny that our game against Purdue was on BTN but Kent’s game against Purdue is stuck on Big+
-
Five, as me and my brother will be there. As long as we don't get blown off the freeway on our way there.
-
There will be 3 of us tonight.
-
Good point! I'm ready for a nice crowd at the JAR but I don't think that's gonna happen until the Kent game on January 30th. Will they bring the north upper baseline seats back for that game? I would think so.
-
They offered discounted season tickets as stocking stuffers. Even if we were slightly under 1k season ticket holders at the start of the season we have probably added a few dozen since then.

How did RJ do? -
There weren’t many students at the game for that one. I think somehow we will get 1,050+ for today
-
That's what I'm thinking but the attendance for PSU-Shenango was only 1,108 and that was with students in attendance while today's game is during winter break. So, I think it's gonna be close. 😅
-
I would have to imagine Akron has 1k season ticket holders and has had that for quite a few years. Even if they don't show they will still appear in the official attendance.
-
Other exhibition games, which is what this is.
-
Actually, no. Official attendance, maybe. Which begs the question, when was the last time the official attendance was less than 1,000 outside of covid?
-
Gameday. Excitement is building. Will here be more than 1,000 in attendance?

I could be wrong, but based on the film and the other linemen who’ve been offered scholarships, my guess would be that he’s a walk-on.
