The article states: "Reed comes to ODU after spending the 2024 season at Akron coaching the corners. Reed helped the Zips to their best season in seven years." That's really polishing the old turd.

This is really a shady thing for this coach and ODU to do. If an employee doesn't want to be around, don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.

He also seems to be a bit of a nomad—hasn’t stuck around at one school for more than a year outside of his GA and playing days.

I actually think the building is super cool and am excited to see it brought back to life. There is a lot of cool stuff in there.

Imagine the money they have flushed down the toilet maintaining this albatross over the past couple of decades. I say good riddance. I've never understood why so many were so emotionally tied to this old factory.

So in 2007 UA bought it for 22.6 million, and in 2025 sold it for 800k lol. I know it's in bad shape but that is pretty crazy.
