    Odds are very high Zips will be a 13, if very lucky a 12. Both those play at the same sites, Providence, Denver and Seattle (x2).

    Watched the Toledo press conference after the game. You almost feel bad for Kowalchoke. He seems beat down and they've been one of the best teams in the conference the last few years.

    Miami and Kent outscored Akron by 11 in the first half - combined. No way either of these teams should be able to stay with Akron.

    We stayed for the second game - my wife asked me who we should root for. I said I wanted them both to lose. She said fine, one today and one tomorrow. 🤣

    So far Tod and his strategy of sucking during the regular season to not lose in the tournament is paying off. Let's see if we can change that for him. 😉

    I think Shelbee Brown deserves some recognition for making all-MAC third team on what ended up being a pretty horrific team.

    EMU slipped from the 3 seed if they had won to the 7 seed with their loss

    CMU chokes away their season losing to NIU in double overtime. So here's the bracket.

    Kent just got bumped to the opposite side of the bracket and the four-five is going to be Toledo-Ohio.

    If CMU wins the Zips get CMU if not, it's Bowling Green. CMU-NIU in OT.

    If the current scores hold, it's EMU, Kent, Toledo, Ohio, WMU and BGSU for seeds 3-8. EMU as the three seed? Really? Only good that would come out of it is they would have to play Ohio first round which probably means an Ohio Miami matchup.

    Overall record is 27 wins, in 2016-2017. So how about a win over Buffalo and the MAC tournament for a nice even 30 going into the NCAA tournament?
