Let’s try not to start pitting the vaxed players against their teammates. Vaccinated people are testing positive and spreading it as well. Nearly the whole NFL is vaccinated and it’s not making a difference for spread. And I’m fully vaxed and definitely think it helps prevent severe infection.

In my experience, the head coach makes that call that we’re going to try to score here instead of running it out, and may provide a request on what he wants to see (“let’s take at least one deep shot here”), and the OC calls the plays. I’ve seen a lack of HC direction sometimes, like the OC calls a pass on first down and the HC breaks in and says knock it off and run the ball. Yes, the buck stops with the HC, but usually the OC is designing the overall scheme and the wrinkles for the specific opponent. The HC is responsible for selecting an OC with adaptability and the scheme the HC wants to run.

Here’s a question: could the University pay half his salary for the ABJ to hire him? Or agree to offset it through additional ad revenue? Also, that was my first time at EMU. I know some might thing the arena is a bit of a concrete box, but I liked it. Surprised to see it was over 20 years old. I really liked the lobby with the glass wall overlooking the football stadium.

1) Mikal was very vocal playing defense during his time on the court. You could tell he was excited for his minutes. 2) Reese was very vocal after everything good he did... drawing fouls, snatching rebounds, and alley oops. Love his swagger. More dunks please. 3) The real mvp was the noise meter on the jumbotron. That thing managed to go off the charts and break itself with only 15 people church-clapping
