We kind of got bailed out on that last foul call. The guy didn't really touch Sayles and it would have put them inbounding the ball from a very favorable spot on the court. Don't know how good App State will end up being, but they brought their A game tonight. Well earned victory and an entertaining game to watch to boot. 8 games into the season and KD has the Dukes at the 5-3 mark. Zero wins against a team with a pulse yet, including losses to both very average inter-city rivals. He should win out the rest of the OOC, as it was literally filled with low-majors outside of Pitt, Robert Morris, and Cornell. I have a feeling he will be in for a rude awakening come conference play.

Seems like a great way to handle it really. I have to say I am pretty bummed. Had planned on going down to FL for the game, but most of the group planning on going were unable to get off of work on such short notice so it fell through. ^^I'm surprised you were able to get a picture of him without his shades on. But really, I do love his attitude/engagement. It is definitely noticeable. I hope he is utilized so that he can contribute in a big way next season.

I'm not sure how talented they are (outside of the RB) after only watching the C-USA Championship. The tempo of their offense is most definitely cause for concern. Late subs and getting set late have screwed us many a times this season. Similarly to Toledo (twice now), we can't get down multiple scores early. Let's hope the 3rd time is the charm. You play the game for a reason!
