    I actually cut the cord last month as well, but luckily have access to a login. You might want to check out SlingTV. $20 a month for some pretty quality channels. The login would also give you access to the majority of Akron games (football or basketball), since most are on ESPN3.     You will probably have to watch it on ESPN3 up until the Final on ESPN2. I will have to watch during lunch as well. Somebody should talk The Corner Alley into streaming it on some TVs since it is our official spot after all....

    Then we also can't forget that the team we beat by 14 on a neutral court was without their best player that averaged 22ppg this season.

    With there being much more parity in the NCAA this year, along with our 3pt shooting and better guard play than in the past, I feel we have as good of chance to win our first tourney game this year as ever as long as we don't get stuck with a 15 seed or something. I personally think we would possible be a 12, but most likely 13. More importantly though, we need to get there first. It won't be a cakewalk.

    EMU has some talent, but I'm glad we got them over Toledo. Can't remember the last time we beat the Rockets.

    Well Iona beat Monmouth.It looks like Green Bay is going to beat Valpo. Both have to be good things for the Zips I'd imagine. I still think Monmouth gets in unfortunately.

    Spring ball starts next Monday! Will our credentialed members of ZN.o be covering any of it? I sure don't expect to hear anything from the ABJ. Going to try to catch the scrimmages at least myself. I've got the itch!

    The T-shirt giveaway was done right. Actual sizes to pick from unlike Cavs games where everyone gets stuck with an XL. Got here 30min early and arena was pretty packed. Ton of energy in the arena. Let's handout a big asswhoopin. Go zips!

    The new Corner Alley is nice, but I don't really picture it as a place to get rowdy before some big games.

    I don't know about Dalton numbers, and I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. The offense just isn't the same as Bowden's 1st year here.

    They have wins over two currently ranked top 25 teams in Iowa and Kentucky. As much as you want it to be, RPI isn't the end all-be all. How many top 25 wins do the Zips have in whatever metric you want to go buy?

    I think you're crazy if we get anything higher than a 12 seed. Just not enough signature wins to justify it, one reason why OSU is getting talked about as an at-large and not us. We haven't beaten anybody!

    I definitely agree, but he followed up by saying it has to do with the crowd being right on top of the action.

    Coach Dambrot just said post game that a lot of their reason for success at the JAR is the configuration of the arena....HA! I wish I could've saw his face when he was saying that.
