That sounds right,. My wife has it on her phone, but she is not home now. I'll be going in Friday evening, and I will have to deal with the 294 mess. My NU grad son likes to start tailgating early. I'm sure we will have lunch in the golf course and watch one of the afternoon games waiting for kickoff.

I'm not an expert on Chicago traffic, but it might be easier coming from the E to just pay a few tools and skip the 80/94 traffic leaving the turnpike. My nephew travels through out the city for work swears by an app that he uses. I can get you info on it if you want, but Saturday afternoon traffic shouldn't be much of an issue. The 80/94 section between the turnpike and 94W is always a bear. If you get to Evanston early enough, you could look for my Zip flag in the golf course lot.

With nothing to loose and some new wrinkles, I see all out pressure on F QB giving us several TO's( int & fumbles). Kato will have some nice runs, but the negative plays will allow Van to lead the rushers. I'm looking for an OC transformation that will have us targeting multiple receivers making that choice tough. Jonah will have more catches, and Kwad will have more yards. Zips 24 Bug Eaters 17

I'm surprised that Cykron hasn't chimed in about the lack of respect we are getting from Des Moines media. They are expecting a challenge Sat night from FCS South Dakota State, but look to Akron as a breather.

I'm confident that our D will test him early and often. He may be the real deal, but one does wonder if this is a product of an empty cupboard. I was going to try to make the trip to Lincoln, but $!00 seats 45 rows deep in the corner of the end zone will be keeping me home. I will be in Evanston and Ames.

Kotelac of rest? Rec Center Smith to the rescue! If I were Groce, I would take some staff and players to the rec center before our next home game and mix it up a little bit. What a golden opportunity to create the same kind of support that Porter had with soccer. It was one rebound, but it could be the start of a turn around for us.

If we hang our hat on Kato, we will struggle. I don't have the stomach to watch the replay, but Kato seemed to bail at the hint of pressure. He can't seem to be able to find the open receiver. You can't see the whole field on TV, but it's telling when they zoom in on the receiver and there are 3 or 4 defenders on coverage. Someone had to be open.

We need someone smarter than me to chime in. We know that Eman is prone to foul trouble and we are a bit lean with the bigs. Would one zone be more protective than others? This may be a strategy at times over shaking up an opponents rhythm. With our athleticism, we might want to throw in a zone press at times as well.

26 a on 34 fg with this rag/tag group, I would have expected more of a YMCA style. I think they are improving individually and as a team each game. I love the zone being thrown into the mix.. I don't think we will need to wait until next year to see results. We may not win the MAC, but we won't be bottom dwellers.

We are seeing different players step up. Last night E-man really surprised me. I just think that this group will put it together and over achieve. Driving into impossible situations will be eliminated. D will only get better as this group matures. 20+

The GOZIPS write up for this game states the we played one Big10 foe this year, Michigan State. Was Penn State an exhibition?

Whaaaaat???

The Ladies signed 2. Will the men sign any?

Let's hope he can bring home the bacon!

Pass blocking out of a 3 pt stance when one has a speedy DE to contend with can be daunting!
-
We are going to run, score in transition and be exciting to watch!! You better come in shape or we are going to run you out of the gym!
-
Agreed. A bit of pressure on the QB will help. Wait a minute; we need to stop the run. This could be one more game that the D comes through. With the experience of the staff, I think they will come up with some stunts and games to win the day. If the O can just put up more than 14...

Time and field position made that call REALLY stupid. One of Milkweeds biggest problem is failure to keep drives going. Homeruns are fun, but 1st downs win ball games! I'm really happy with the win at WM, but we escaped with the win. We could have sealed the deal with one second half score.

unless they got stupid drunk, I don't think that was a factor.

Prayer of thanks?!

I always go for a Zip win. We will bend a lot, but I think The Rockets will be balanced putting Woodside in the middle range. Wolf has been quiet; I look for a big game from him.

At this point in the season, the short week will only affect the coaching staff. On paper, we don't have a chance. The ball is not round leading to some strange bounces. Our only hope seems to be if those bounces come our way. We have proven to be opportunistic. Zips 31 / Rockets 27.

Thanks.

Just asking. The player was clearly outside the penalty box, but the ball he was playing was inside. What is the rule? I'm warming up to this game. Still learning!
