i can guess the score without watching the game.  was 45 to 43.  and I just knew it would be 49-43 a few minutes later.  Disappointing and distressing.

Back to losing it on the defensive end. Credit to them for making them. But damn, this isn’t looking good.

We're getting solid games from Hunter and X, but basically nothing from anyone else on offense. More than 2 guys need to show up a night.

Pace is just out of control. The Zips aren’t built to play in games like this, they simply go through too many cold spells.

Also, no real wings with size to contest shots against taller perimeter players

I hope to be proven wrong but this feels like an average MAC team. They didn't get enough to replace Ali/Bandaogo/Wynn then had the misfortune of losing Dawson and now Clarke.

and PCCC blowing out Toledo.  Dambrot had better teams on odd years.  Groce has the better team on even years.

Zips finally take the lead, get a stop. Then X of all guys goes out of control and misses a layup, Freeman and Hankerson give no effort on defense and let a bottom 20 player in the league go coast to coast. To be a fly on the wall when Groce talks about the one during the film session…

That Tribble shot made me nauseous. Then Freeman with a beautiful block and nobody in position to grab the loose ball. Metheny wide open, you know the drill. Not looking good.

The last 2 possessions the Zips did not look good but X bailed them out with the off balance 3.  Unfortunately, we only have 2 scoring options, X or Freeman.  Need someone else to step up.
