Theme for Kent State Game

The Barstool Affiliate is organizing a theme for the game, they had voting this week and blackout won. At least it gives the fans something to be excited about lol

This, like most things any “school affiliated” Barstool account posts, is unbelievably stupid. 
 

Kent fans banded together to wear black to the JAR  for Akron’s “funeral” during basketball season. Let’s do the same thing. Genius. Wear Akron gear and cheer.

I find it telling that no one has yet posted a game thread.  I've done it the last two weeks when no one else did and decided to do an experiment to see how long it would take.  Still waiting!

What's taken the pee out of me this year is that I had relatively high expectations coming in. I'm both demoralized and angry.

I wondered too. Quick math says 29 (if 18 voted for blackout out of the 29 votes).

I was thinking more like sitting in the tailgate lot and drinking grain alcohol until I "Black Out" and not bothering going into Info.

It was 1457 Votes for a blackout, and 886 votes for a blueout. 

The barstool is pretty big on campus now then it was a couple of years ago, i know my buddy is still at UA and said their frat is gonna all buy matching black shirts lol for this. Whatever keeps the youth at the games is fine with me. Maybe ill wear a black hat for support.

The barstool carries the university in advertising. I might sound like a burner but I know the guy who runs it and he just wants to organize something that nobody else wants to attempt too for this game
