Captain Kangaroo
At the beginning of the football season my wife wanted a couple of new Akron shirts. She ordered them from the University's shop on-line. A week later she got an email that both items were out of stock. You can't make this ineptitude up. 1 1

There was a Nike hoodie they released about a year ago that I really liked, but it sold out in most sizes and was never re-stocked beyond adult small. They have used that hoodie in social media advertisements no less than five times despite never restocking it. One of the many frustrating aspects of the administration at UA. Hopefully RJ can change this. They can have influence.

Hilltopper
Good for Charles. Definitely a better situation career wise than staying here to endure all the cuts that are soon to come.

Offer the job to KD - he's a great fundraiser and actually loves the city/university. George went to fund raising at Case Western when Guthrie brought in Markus Jennings. George was number 2 guy at Akron when Larry Williams was AD. https://gozips.com/sports/2017/5/25/athletics-staffdirectory-bio-George-Van-Horne 1

No way this could be true. If we could get Jim Grobe as advisor, it would complete the trifecta. Seriously, this would be high schoolish beyond belief. I don't even think Akron would do this.
