He was sulking on the bench with a towel over his head.

Actually, He is working hard and is a solid g league player:  In the NBA G League, Bates owns career averages of 19.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists across 57 games with Cleveland and Delaware. This season, he’s averaging 19.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 30.6 minutes per game while shooting 43.4% from the field.

Goes to show you what a defender Greg Tribble was!

Young Mahaffey and Scott being pulled out of the starting line up is very surprising to me. Thought both played well OOC. Maybe would’ve made more sense if Barre was put in the starting lineup, which would at least change the play style up a little bit.

We have a great team but only 12 posts during the game.  Not much excitement on this board.

Wedding anniversary. Told my wife I love her so much, I'm skipping the game vs. EMU.

Shot 17% from 3P and still put up 93 points while winning by 21. Alrighty then. That has to scare the crap out of the MAC lol. What an offense.

It's no coincidence that the two kids who play the hardest on defense started tonight.  I suspect the message got through.

That's how I interpreted it as well. It definitely seemed like we had fewer breakdowns defensively. Nearly every 3-pointer EMU shot a Zips defender had a hand in their face.

I was listening to the game while driving which can be distracting enough. Reading and responding to Zips Nation wasn’t prudent. But I don’t know what everyone else’s excuse is, shame!! Ha!!

Great effort and response to the defensive challenge. Keep it going. Go Zips!!
