I believe with revenue share it’s spread around the different sports and their players. The players don’t have to do anything special, but perform their educational and team duties. The collective contracts can be tailored to a specific player for a specific amount of money to do PR work in the community or advertise for a specific company. Two completely different buckets of revenue with different functions.
