Is that the Ypsilanti skyline on the back of EMU's jerseys?

Top 10 most notable skylines of cities that begin with "Y". Prove me wrong.

I think you win There are only 10 cities in the country that start with Y. ? Yakima, Washington; York, Pennsylvania; Yukon, Oklahoma; Youngstown, Ohio; Yonkers, New York; Ypsilanti, Michigan; Yuma, Arizona; Yorba Linda, Yuba City, and Yucaipa, California.

Yellow Springs, Ohio.

Sadly it doesn't count not a city, has to be an incorporated area. Even though Dave Chappelle may disagree.  ? And that's how much time we had with this blowout of a game. ?

Seriously? Be right back. I'm going to play the lottery... Is it still $800M?

Great all around game by Akron. Statement game with effort.

Good game, nice all around effort. The depth is starting to show, those guys 8-9 deep have been playing really well. Have we finally seen the last of Rob Murphy?? I think so. On to Ball State!

Wynn with his best game tonight.

No Marshall until mop up time.

That's a fascinating eventuality!  Will this be a continuing trend?  Wonder if Wynn earn this in practice, or Marshall is in the dog house...

Was it a q-final in the afternoon?  I seem to remember coming home from work early and turning it on right when all of of this went down.

It was...we walked to a bar in Daytona to watch.  I think it was a 1p or 3p game.

Fun game to watch.  I sad rolling my eyes during the first 10 minutes about how BORING the games are vs EMU and that zone.  Reminded me of some Charlie Coles games from the '00s.  Props to coach for coming up with an adjustment in-game this time.  Moving LCJ to the wing and having Clarke/Tribble bring the ball up was a genius move and really put some pressure on the defense and loosened things up.  I think it was somewhere around a 18-0 run before and after halftime?

Extreme scoring balance in this one.

LCJ ended up being the only starter not to score in double digits. Who would have thought he'd only have nine and the team would have 86?

The most satisfying thing to me was observing the spirit of comradery between all the Akron players . We have some solid young men that genuinely care and like one another.  You just can't place a set value on the importance that has on a team's fortunes. I really like these guys.

It sucks that we have such high-level teams...last year's team may have been our best ever...and we can't watch them in-person in consecutive MAC tourneys, nor the NCAA's.

Caught Trimble's halftime interview last night. He said he was immediately contacted by Groce and staff when he entered the transfer portal and liked them. He then talked to players, and they all said they loved playing for the guy. This year's Zips team is definitely pulling for one-another. Great kids, talented and fun to watch. Unfortunately only  on TV. ?

Strangely it is the Yorba Linda skyline on the back of their jerseys.

Yazoo City.

Watching replay...liking this team almost as much as last years.  The depth and variety this team offers is fun to watch

The bench mob of Tribble, Reece, Dawson, and Wynn was fun to watch last night. That group brought a different type of energy.

I think allowing the guys to stand and spread out when they arent playing makes a huge difference for them.
