That's twice in recent weeks the Zips have inbounded the ball into the corner and been trapped. That's awful. I taught 5th graders not to do that.3 points

Mr. Pinky and his squad head into the JAR Friday night at 9:00 p.m. to face the Zips. The Flushes stand at 19-9 after a rough start. Since the loss to the Zips in January 31st, the Flashes have gone on a 6-1 run, losing only to Miami. They are coming off of a 40-point shellacking of Toledo. I'm not a Mr. Pinky fan but I have to admit his teams seem to peak at the end of the season. VonCameron Davis continues to lead scoring at 15.4 ppg. Jaden Sullinger is second in scoring at 14.3 ppg.2 points

He was gassed in warmups. Sitting on his keester in Bloomington followed by 6 months of Fortnight will do that to you. It does not appear that there was a disciplined off-season. That guy should dominate the MAC. He's not even playing like the best big residing in Muncie.2 points

All part of the plan. Kowalchoke is sacrificing the regular season in exchange for (hopeful) success in Cleveland.1 point

Wilson is now 6-24 (25%) from deep over the last 5 games. We really need him to start hitting again.1 point

Kent hasn't beaten us in football or basketball since March 10th, 2023. Would love to keep that statement true.1 point

Bobcats go to W Mich and lose!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Must have been too busy patting themselves on the back for their win over us. Forgot to play basketball!!!!!!1 point

Sloppy ending, but I’ll take the win…especially when 4 of our starters are in a slump IMO. Ball State has some ballers but is now .500 overall, losers in conference play, and their former star freshman has regressed every year since. Think Lewis is a bit overrated.1 point

Something @Let'sGoZips94 has mentioned is Tavari likes to play iso-ball. He can be very effective with it, but too much of it absolutely kills our offensive rotation.1 point

I never even though of that until right now. Win and we cut down the nets after beating kent! hopefully there’s no worldwide virus breaking out1 point

As bad as that ending was, if this was any of the last 2,3,4 years we would have lost that one. We are now 15-0 in Q4 games. Taking care of business1 point

How not to close out the game. However, the Zips played well till the very end. Good teams win close games and Akron had some clutch offensive rebounds and played much better than Saturday.1 point

29 minutes in and Sparks has played only 16, the least of any starter for Ball. 1 point, one rebound, 0 fouls.1 point

Lewis apparently did not get the memo on defending the Zips three game. I love Enrique but I have issues with his optician.1 point

There are 14 Sun Belt teams and only 12 MAC teams so 2 Sun Belt teams are left out each year. Marshall volunteered to be one of those 2 teams. Their reasoning is they typically schedule 2-3 MAC teams OOC anyway so it makes them playing in the contest redundant.1 point

I know he got busted for 5lbs. He may have been the one to sell to the guys who sold the dime bags to college kids, but it's not like he was some sort of drug kingpin. It's possible he could have just used the money to scale into something larger. Who knows.1 point
