I stopped buying athlete specific sports apparel when I got older than any of the athletes and that's been a while. I'd feel kind of silly wearing a 19 year old kid's jersey unless it was a special occasion like the Enrique jersey giveaway (which I was unable to get).

I actually feel Evansville ended up being a decent matchup for us. Gives us exposure to both size and a defense that is throwing different looks at us. Will prepare us better for later as the season progresses. Akron has a much larger rotation. I think Akron can pull away in the final 10 minutes as their legs get tired if we can keep the game uptempo.

I knew they'd be a tough out when I saw what they did to Calumet College of St. Joseph. They are scrappy. They should win a few games. They won't see many bigger teams.

Great interview with AD Dr. Goodrich during the halftime show. Haven't really been following him much, but he seems like a very positive and upbeat dude. Definitely more likable than our previous ADs.
