I would not expect any MAC-level commits for at leas a week to 10 days. The big $$$ dominoes have to fall first, then the solid/low tier P5 teams set the market, then mid-majors can scramble for the leftovers. IMO the key will be identifying those under-valued freshmen and sophomores who are - hopefully - better than their marginal stats. Signing a senior to be for being an elite starter is poison in my book, especially since they will demand top $$$. This is a dirty business at the moment. I would not like being a part of it.

Providence reportedly paid Miles Byrd north of $2 million. He's a terrific perimeter defender, but only shoots .393 from the field and .305 from 3. As said before, it seems there is more money out there than players worth spending it on. I'm sure this will be far from the worst overpay this offseason.

I don't know but I would assume it has to do with the UFL using Historic Crew Stadium for their new football team. They don't play there this weekend but they did last weekend and maybe they don't want to scrub the paint off the field or something. I'm just guessing. I know the Crew 2 team also has moved games from Historic Crew Stadium to the new Crew stadium, or in one case, even to a stadium in Obetz, Ohio.

News to me. It shows you just how much NBA I follow. If they keep messing around with college ball it too will be unwatchable.

I didn't apply because I just assumed they would pick the largest donors or people they know. If I had to guess that's how I imagine it played out.

My understanding is that the crew training fields are right there at historic crew Stadium. Question remains, though whether there’s any seating or if you need to bring your own chair.

Now, the game has been moved to the Crew Training fields? Do they even have seating at the training fields? and Marshall has to play at Ohio State home field for the championship game? and Bowling Green and Michigan State are playing at BG? What happened to all of the games being played at Historic Crew stadium? and Michigan looks like they completely bailed on the spring league.... the spring league has been a big disappointment this year.
