I've created this thread so everyone can add their list of oddball NAIA and D-3 "finds". Never heard of William Carey University (Southern Miss's first opponent). Drew's brother? Brescia plays at Jax State tonight. Hey Capt - Bet your looking forward to tonights Misericordia vs Delaware game as well as the Ecclesia vs Arkansas-Pine Bluff game. Both should be real barnburners. 1 Quote

Toccoa already off to a rough start this year at 0-7. Not looking good to break the streak tonight against 0-1 Charleston Southern. On the plus side, they only lost to the UMass football team 10-9. 1 Quote
Reslife4Life Posted November 6 Report Posted November 6 Last night Mississippi Valley State, usually ranked last in Kenpom annually, played the mens basketball team from "Mississippi University for Women". MVSU won 97-61 After some research, Mississippi University for Women has been admitting men since 1982, and the name of the school when it was founded in 1884 was "Industrial Institute and College for the Education of White Girls of Mississippi" 1 3 Quote

She was from Alabama and enjoyed the distinction of being Miss Dothan Alabama. It is quite prestigious to attend and graduate from the "W", as it is called in that area of the country. Needless to say she dumped me and later married a TV executive from Cleveland. The girl obviously had good taste. 1 1 Quote
ZippyRulz Posted November 7 Report Posted November 7 I came here fully expecting that someone was posting about WMU's loss to a school called Northwood. 1 Quote

Let'sGoZips94 Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Troy lost to West Georgia yesterday. I had to double check to make sure it wasn't some form of the Chad Powers led South Georgia Catfish. Quote
