The lack of commitments across college in the first two days *almost* makes you think there hasn't been tampering the last few weeks. 🤣

I don't know but I would assume it has to do with the UFL using Historic Crew Stadium for their new football team. They don't play there this weekend but they did last weekend and maybe they don't want to scrub the paint off the field or something. I'm just guessing. I know the Crew 2 team also has moved games from Historic Crew Stadium to the new Crew stadium, or in one case, even to a stadium in Obetz, Ohio.

News to me. It shows you just how much NBA I follow. If they keep messing around with college ball it too will be unwatchable.

I didn't apply because I just assumed they would pick the largest donors or people they know. If I had to guess that's how I imagine it played out.

My understanding is that the crew training feels are right there at historic crew Stadium. Question remains, though whether there’s any seating or if you need to bring your own chair.

Maybe they denied everyone and they're just going to choose current employees. 🤣

Now, the game has been moved to the Crew Training fields? Do they even have seating at the training fields? and Marshall has to play at Ohio State home field for the championship game? and Bowling Green and Michigan State are playing at BG? What happened to all of the games being played at Historic Crew stadium? and Michigan looks like they completely bailed on the spring league.... the spring league has been a big disappointment this year.

Maybe they're shooting for more casual fans, since that's who they likely want to attract. But also, I guess casual fans probably wouldn't commit the time required for meetings.

Got my formal rejection email for the Fan Council.

I'm honestly surprised by how few commits there have been overall. Out of the top 25 transfers listed on 247 only 1 shows committed. One has to think the dominoes would have to fall on those players so the value can trickle down to the next tier and so on.

I know the portal is only barely open but I'm growing impatient and want to see us start signing some guys. 😅

Odds are they probably won't. I will say I don't recall seeing much Goodyear signage around Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse before they became the Cavs jersey sponsor so anything is still possible.
