clarkwgriswold
Just watched Miami try to give away a double digit lead and Ohio refuse to accept the gift.

It was rude of Ohio not to accept the gift. Miami is fortunate. The maimed Bobcats shot 36.8% from the field and 29.4% from 3, yet came within a missed potential game winning layup of knocking off the vaunted Redhawks. Athleticism continues to be an Achilles heal for Miami.

To my view, he wasn't quite under control, a little short and fading to the right. Might have been bumped a little but initiated some of the contact, too. Plus, he might not be that good. 😉

You should see some of the posts at Kitten Attack. They very much agree.
Let'sGoZips94
For what it's worth, I thought a foul could've been called at the start of the layup motion. However, as a sane BobcatAttack poster said, the hoop was WIDE open after the contact. Should've made it.
Let'sGoZips94
The standings as we go into February... Akron 9-0 Miami OH 8-1 Toledo 7-2 Ohio 5-4 WMU 4-5 Balls 4-5 CMU 4-5 KSUcks 4-5 EMU 4-5 BUGS 2-7 Canada 2-7 NIU 1-8 Kent is flirting with danger. OU is on a cusp of a season collapse. Imagine a world where Cleveland is absent of Kent and Ohio. A guy can dream, can't he?
Blue & Gold
KSUcks plays at EMU Tuesday night w/ the 8-slot on the line Looked back at their schedule & prior to our taking them behind the woodshed KSUcks had been playing decent ball Jan.21st they beat UT by 19 in Toledo (83-64) Jan.24th in Athens they only lost to the Kittens by 2 (61-59) Jan.28th they beat BUGS by 18 (75-57) The MAC blows
clarkwgriswold
As much as we'd all like to contribute to the GoFundme for PCCC's basketball funeral, they'll make it to Cleveland. They have better than average MAC talent. Pinky just hasn't figured out yet how to get them to play together. Even if he doesn't, there are so many really bad MAC teams that they'll end up in the mix as a .500 team.
Illini Zip
I look at where BG is sitting in the standings and have to think how pissed we would all be if we didn’t pull that one out.
Reslife4Life
How does WMU keep doing this? Last year they finished 6th while going 12-20. They have a very real chance to lose 20 games again this year, but watch them end up in cleveland again

Let'sGoZips94
Very interesting group of games tonight for the MAC. PCCC @ EMU - Kent looking to get back to .500 in MAC play and get ahead of the 8-seed race. WMU @ OU - WMU is part of the 4-5 mess and OU isn't much better at 5-4. Miami @ CMU - CMU is also part of the 4-5 mess. Miami is an underdog going into Mt. Pleasant.
