Perhaps if you stated it 20 more times it would sink in. The MAC is stupid, but not that stupid. They have no incentive, and every negative outcome, if they let NIU minor sports back in. And, oh by the way, there is the small matter of being legally bound by their own contract with members to be barred from even considering this. Ain't gonna happen. Quote

NWAkron Posted January 27 Report Posted January 27 Sight lines. A decent NIU team (Eugene German) beat #14 Buffalo in 2019. NIU made MAC semis that year and lost to BG by 4. Wow...a lifetime ago...a BG/NIU semi final. An average 2023 team beat Sincere and Kent by 10 in DeKalb. Quote
